If you are keen to get rid of stretch marks then it’s best to know how they develop so that you can apply all the best methods to stop any more from forming and fade existing scars.
If too much stress is placed on the skin in a short period of time, like sudden weight gain for example, then the skin can’t stretch as quickly as you are demanding it and this causes the tears that you see as stretch marks.
The best way to get rid of stretch marks is to make sure that you don’t place anymore stress on the skin in such a short period of time. This isn’t always possible with situations such as pregnancy so you also have to concentrate on improving the elasticity of your skin.
There are several ways you can do this. Many people make the mistake of focusing on one factor that can improve their stretch marks and neglect all the rest. Relying on just a stretch mark cream may not give you the best results possible.
I’d recommend that you target and implement all the techniques and lifestyle changes that can improve your skin condition to have the best results. This will also make you more healthy in general too! You can find tips on diet, vitamins for skin health and other tips in the articles here, to keep you on the right track.
One technique that I have found to improve the appearance of my stretch marks is dry body brushing. It can be a little annoying to add to your routine because it can be tiring at first. Once you get used to it and it becomes habit you’ll be fine. It improves circulation and helps get rid of toxins more efficiently.

I couldn’t agree more about tackling stretch marks from all angles. The more things you can do to help fade your stretch marks the better results you are going to get. All the techniques work together to give the best results possible. For example, instead of just hydrating my skin with a moisturiser I’ve started increasing the amount of water I drink so that I’m doing my part from within.
Thanks for the tips
